SENTUHAN KASIH RAYA SHARES JOY WITH ORPHAN CHILDREN

Kuala Lumpur, 11 March 2026 โ€“ AG Foundation, under AG Nutrition International, organised the Sentuhan Kasih Raya program to bring joy and support to children from Rumah Anak Yatim Kasih Murni. The event was held at Jakel Kuala Lumpur in the spirit of Ramadan, helping the children prepare for the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration. It was a meaningful initiative aimed at sharing care, happiness and festive cheer with the children.

The program was held in collaboration with PPZ MAIWP (Pusat Pungutan Zakat MAIWP). Among the distinguished guests present were YBhg. Datoโ€™ Iskandar Halim bin Hj Sulaiman, Chairman of AG Nutrition, along with Mohd Hafiz Salleh and Mohd Faiz Salleh, Founders of AG Nutrition. Also present were Tn. Haji Mohd Hakemal Husain, Assistant General Manager of Wakalah Operations, Counter and Special Marketing at PPZ MAIWP and Puan Rohana, Principal of Rumah Anak Yatim Kasih Murni.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

A total contribution of RM8,750, funded through AG Nutritionโ€™s Wakalah Zakat Fund, was allocated for this initiative. The contributions included:

โ€ข Raya clothing sets for the children to wear during Hari Raya Aidilfitri
โ€ข Duit Raya to share the festive joy and create happy memories

The children also enjoyed a special Raya shopping experience at Jakel, where they had the chance to choose their own eid outfits. The atmosphere was warm and cheerful, making the day even more meaningful for everyone involved.

AG FOUNDATIONโ€™S CONTINUED COMMITMENT

The Sentuhan Kasih Raya program reflects AG Foundationโ€™s ongoing commitment to supporting asnaf and orphan communities through meaningful initiatives. In collaboration with PPZ MAIWP, the program also helps promote awareness of zakat through the wakalah instrument.

Through efforts like this, AG Foundation continues to spread kindness, compassion and hope, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.
